Community Pro-Bono Assistance
Committed to social justice, Tony consistently offers pro bono legal work and devotes a large portion of his practice to disadvantaged persons, aiming at making a positive difference in their lives whilst contributing to the embetterment of society.  In 2022, Tony and his team of former emergency service colleagues and friends spent 10 days assisting residence of the Northern Rivers of NSW during the floods.  In that time Tony set up triage, assisted with delivering food/water to isolated communities, elderly and livestock, registration services for the community and trades attending the region to assist, helped with a setting up communications and reporting hubs in Coraki and working closely with Australian Defence Force and emergency services at a time when very few resources were available.
Tony regularly visits indigenous communities to assist with providing legal support and has travelled as far as Kalgoorlie in Western Australia to represent disadvantaged first nations citizens in Court and have them released from jail in circumstances where no one else would assist.  Tony ahs worked in the Coronial sector and represented indigenous and non-indigenous communities with respect to Deaths in Custody and remains a strong advocate for Civil and Human Rights in Australia.
Tony also attends upon the homeless, the youth and sends staff to assist with sending food and clothes on the Streets of Sydney and Western Sydney.
Attends information nights with youth and former Police officers to teach the youth about Law and Order thereby guiding the youth towards lawful and gainful employment.
Most recently Tony commenced the actions in the Supreme Court of NSW to preserve the medical freedoms of all Australian citizens and remains steadfast in ensuring Australia’s Human Rights Laws are returned to benchmark global standards, rather than the steady decline we have witnessed over the past two years during the Covid-19 flu season.  The right to bodily autonomy and ones decision to be free from Government intrusion into private life is a strong topic of which drives Tony’s ambitions.
Political Landscape
In 2022, Tony ran in the Federal Election as a first time Candidate attaining over 8% of the vote.
I advocate on behalf of Australians in other areas such as improving Whistle-blower protection laws and ensuring Australia’s national security is maintained at a high level.
