Stephen is a key member of the AFL team. He is a highly qualified, skilled, resourceful, and hardworking lawyer with a passion for the law and justice. 

He was a former NSW Police Force Sergeant of twenty-eight years, and a member of NSW Police Prosecutions Command for twenty years, having experience in local, children’s and coronial jurisdictions. He also spent some time in State Command Legal and has received several awards for his prosecutorial abilities. Most recently, Prosecutions Command Outstanding Achievement Award for 2020. 

Stephen obtained a Diploma of Law from Legal Professional Admission Board and was admitted in 2012. He has experience in Criminal Law, Inquests and Inquires, and also practices in Employment Law. 

Mr. Kelly is a very experienced solicitor and advocate who entails respect from both sides of the law.
