Tony Nikolic - Director
A proactive, hardworking and highly accomplished Lawyer, Civil/Human Rights Lawyer and Criminologist with a great passion for learning about law and providing efficient and effective legal aid to clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Tony holds a Masters Degree in Commercial Litigation, Honours Degree in the Social Sciences majoring in Criminology, Diploma of Business Management and trade qualifications in telecommunications, allowing him to become familiar with construction/building practices. 
Stephen Kelly - Special Counsel
Stephen is a key member of the AFL team. He is a highly qualified, skilled, resourceful, and hardworking lawyer with a passion for the law and justice.
He was a former NSW Police Force Sergeant of twenty-eight years, and a member of NSW Police Prosecutions Command for twenty years, having experience in local, children’s and coronial jurisdictions.
Joyce Krishna - Associate
Joyce is one of our astounding solicitors operating in the state of Victoria. Her specialisation is in Family Law, due to her love and passion for people, her ability to gel and relate with clients, and her expertise in the field.
She has an extensive background of education and qualifications. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. She is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Daniela Anicic
Daniela is one of our highly valued Solicitors here at Ashley, Francina, Leonard & Associates. She is passionate, hard-working, and attentive to detail in all her work. Her education and experience allow her to navigate immense quantities of work while remaining dedicated to giving her clients the finest service possible.
