Daniela is one of our highly valued Solicitors here at Ashley, Francina, Leonard & Associates. She is passionate, hard-working, and attentive to detail in all her work. Her education and experience allow her to navigate immense quantities of work while remaining dedicated to giving her clients the finest service possible. Her focus and passion are in human rights, social justice, criminal law, torts, and commercial and property law. She also has an extensive experience working in community services, law enforcement and private security.
She has an extensive background of education and qualifications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Sociology/Minor in Psychology) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, a Master of Law (Specialisation in International Law) from University of New South Wales, Cert IV in Mental Health, and Cert IV in Correctional Practice. She has also commenced a Master in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Daniela is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and is also a member of the Law Society in New South Wales. She was also awarded the Alan A Rose Memorial Prize in Company Law (2008).
